Urgh! Monday!!

Mondays always tend to be blue and everyone is tired at the end of it after the mad Monday dash, so:
Assignment for Day 7: Switch on the music and dance!
Whether you switch on the radio, a CD or an MP3, make sure the music is upbeat, and just dance.
Dance alone, dance with your children, grab your husband/wife and dance around the room, grab the cat if you have to!
Just do it and leave the sorrows and stresses of a busy day behind, laugh, but just take a moment and do something different than the boring everyday routine.
When our children hear music their arms go out and they start searching for someone to dance with, they prefer their daddy. I made a short video for each of our girls of them dancing with their father – these are the precious memories that money can’t buy!
